A poor chap arrived today with his 2 week old Trek Emonda. He got side swiped by a scooter leaving his frame in separate pieces. Problem is the frame was not insured and he is never going to get a successful warranty claim. Normally this is a bin job but watch this blog for what it will look like in about 3-4 weeks time for a fraction of the cost of a new bike.
